How much does Kit cost, really?
Economy UGX 268,000, Deluxe UGX 538,000 and Plus UGX 1,288,000 a month; pay yearly and you pay for ten months. Add-on apps are from UGX 30,000 to UGX 100,000 a month each. Kit AI comes with every plan, with a weekly token allowance. Accounting is included free in every plan and Kit Pay is priced per transaction. Compare plans.
Is Kit EFRIS-ready?
Yes. Kit issues URA e-receipts from the till and from the back office, handles VAT and withholding the way the authority expects, and keeps the fiscal document number on every sale.
What happens when the internet goes down?
Kit POS Desktop keeps selling and printing receipts offline, then syncs when the line comes back. The office can see each till's sync debt, so nothing is silently missing.
Who owns my data?
You do. Export every list and report at any time, invite your accountant with their own login, and leave with your data if you ever want to. Kit AI only sees what the asking user is allowed to see.
Can you migrate us from spreadsheets or another POS?
Three steps, and none of them is a data migration you do alone: import products, contacts and opening stock from a sheet; map your payment methods and tax rates; run the first day on Kit with us on WhatsApp.
